Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Fullbor website and the Fullbor application, operated by Fullbor Software Inc. ("Fullbor"). By using the site or the application, you agree to these terms.

The service

Fullbor provides software that customers use to record and review their own portfolio, accounting, research, and related information. The software, including any analysis or generated text, is a tool for the customer's operations. It does not provide investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Providing the software does not make Fullbor an investment adviser, broker, or custodian.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. A customer controls which people may access that customer's data.

Your data

Information a customer submits to the application remains the customer's. Fullbor uses it to provide the service. Connecting Google Calendar or Outlook is optional. If you connect a calendar, Fullbor copies events as described in the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to gain access to another customer's data, interfere with the service, or use the service in violation of law.

Intellectual property

Fullbor and its licensors own the software, the site, and the Fullbor name and marks. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you. You receive a right to use the service under the agreement that covers your account.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as available. Fullbor does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that it will meet a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Fullbor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, or for decisions made using the service.

Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time. Fullbor may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we discontinue the service. Ownership, the disclaimer, and the limit on liability continue to apply after access ends.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. If you keep using the service after that date, you accept the update.
