Privacy Policy
Last updated September 22, 2026
Fullbor Software Inc. ("Fullbor", "we") operates the website at fullbor.ai and the Fullbor application. This policy describes the information we collect and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you create an account or use the application, we collect the email address and other account details you provide. Customers store portfolio, accounting, research, and document information in the application. We use that information to provide the service the customer requested.
Google Calendar
If you connect a Google account, Fullbor asks Google for permission to view and edit events on your calendars, and for the email address of that Google account.
Fullbor uses this access to add, update, and delete Fullbor calendar events on your primary Google Calendar. A copied event includes its title, description, location, and time. An event shared with the firm is copied to each person on that client who has connected a calendar. Any other event is copied to the person who booked it and to people mentioned on it who have connected a calendar.
We store the email address of the connected Google account, an encrypted token that keeps the connection active, and the identifier Google assigns to each copied event.
We do not use information received from Google APIs to import your other meetings into Fullbor, to show advertising, or to sell information. We do not use that information to train generalized machine-learning models.
Fullbor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Google Calendar in Fullbor. You can also remove Fullbor's access on your Google Account permissions page. After you disconnect, Fullbor stops writing further changes. Events already copied to your Google Calendar remain there until you delete them.
Outlook
If you connect a Microsoft account, Fullbor asks for permission to read your profile and to read and write your calendars. We use that access for the same purpose: to add, update, and delete Fullbor calendar events on your Outlook calendar. After you disconnect, Fullbor stops writing further changes. Events already copied remain on your calendar until you delete them.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information.
We use service providers to run the service. The application is hosted on Amazon Web Services. When a customer uses features that analyze documents or answer questions, the content needed for that request may be sent to an AI model provider acting for that request. Information received from Google APIs is used for calendar sync only. It is not sent to those providers for advertising or for training generalized models.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Fullbor, our customers, or others.
Retention
We keep account and customer data while the customer account is active, and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Disconnecting a calendar stops further sync to that calendar. It does not delete the customer's records inside Fullbor.
Security
We encrypt connections to the service. Calendar connection tokens are encrypted before they are stored.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above.
