The Fullbor team acquired decades of subject matter expertise supporting asset allocator’s investment process and operational flows through past software and infrastructure building experiences.

Mark is a founding member of Fullbor Software, bringing over four decades of deep institutional expertise across investment technology, investing, due diligence, product strategy, and alternative assets. Throughout his career, Mark has consistently envisioned and lead challenging system builds servicing institutional investors and banks.

Prior to Fullbor, Mark co-founded Parilux Investment Technology (sold to Northern Trust) and served as the Head of FOS Product at Northern Trust.

He loves DIY, building things, and any excuse to buy new tools.

Peter was the CTO of MIO Partners, the $26B advisory office and asset manager for McKinsey & Company (now joining Neuberger Berman), where he led investment infrastructure, risk automation, and cloud transformation.

Prior to MIO, Peter built and managed large financial systems, including the automation of the credit default swap business and the unification of all hedge fund client data capture and reporting for UBS, and the creation of Risk Analytics and Morgan Stanley Performance Measurement (MSPM), industry-leading alternative risk and performance platforms for Morgan Stanley.

Peter is also also an avid sailor, and holds a patent in behavioral boat navigation using historical nautical routing data.

Qingde built the investment management systems at Riverview, then co-founded Parilux, where he architected the accounting, performance, exposure, and investor reporting engines at the heart of the platform. He spent five more years evolving that engine inside Northern Trust before co-founding Fullbor.

He loves playing golf and chess, is a proud owner of the Green Bay Packers.

Jef has focused on simplifying complex interactions in tech, healthcare, travel, and finance in software and on hardware for a wide range of corporate and consumer clients. His work has always focused on user-centered design through research and iteration with clients directly.

Notable projects include early consumer travel with Orbitz, healthcare hardware UI with GE and Medtronics, and institutional investing platforms with Northern Trust.

He repairs watches, houses, and will dog-sit for free.
